Job Title: Healthcare Marketing Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra ( onsite working)

**Job Type**: Fulltime

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Quotations**:
Utilize sales expertise to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Prepare and present quotations effectively to potential clients.

**2. Digital Marketing**:
Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital initiatives.

**3. Client Persona**:
Develop a deep understanding of client personas within the healthcare industry.

Tailor marketing approaches to resonate with the unique needs and preferences of potential clients.

**4. Self learning**:
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Adapt quickly to changes in the healthcare and marketing landscape.

**5. Confident Communication**:
Engage confidently with directors, CEOs, and MDs to articulate the value proposition of our healthcare services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

**6. Target Based Approach**:
Work towards achieving monthly targets in terms of lead generation and conversions.

Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed set goals.

**7. Incentive Structure**:
Enjoy monthly incentives based on performance and achievement of targets.

**8. Work Environment**:
The role is office-based; remote work is not applicable.

Collaborate with a dynamic team in a vibrant and professional work environment.

**9. Prospecting and Closures**:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various outreach methods.

Focus on closing deals efficiently to contribute to the overall growth of the hospital.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. (Healthcare exp preferred)**:

- **Strong ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.**:

- **Familiarity with making quotations and proposals.**:

- **Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.**:

- **Excellent understanding of client personas in the healthcare sector.**:

- **Self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.**:

- **Confident communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level executives.**
