**Experience **:8 to 15years
**Compensation**:₹8,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Business Development Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within the Indian healthcare industry. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify target segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
2. Sales and Client Acquisition: - Identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare providers. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into customers. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective implementation of services.
3. Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry associations, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and addressing their specific needs and concerns. - Regularly engage with existing clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer retention.
4. Market Expansion and Branding: - Identify and evaluate potential collaborations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to expand the company's reach and enhance its brand presence. - Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote services and establish thought leadership. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust business development strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
5. Team Collaboration and Reporting: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management. - Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to foster their professional growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare or related industry in India. - In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and key industry players.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
