**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local event organizers, cultural societies, and art enthusiasts.
- Identify and target potential audience groups to maximize event attendance.
- Promote MDnD events through local marketing efforts, including networking and digital outreach.
- Coordinate with the central team to align sales strategies and report progress.
- Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on regional market trends to support event planning and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, event management, or similar fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently from a home-based setup.
- Passion for the performing arts and cultural events is a plus.
