**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through aggressive prospecting.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch suitable products/services.
- Handle initial objections and use proven scripts to reach decision-makers and generate interest.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience using CRM platforms is preferable.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
