**Job description**:
Function: Business development
Role: Business development associates/trainees (BDA/BDT)
Sales role with targets on revenue and enrollments
Coordinate with qualified leads and ensure they attend trial sessions
Pitch to prospects, identify and address needs/painpoints
Follow up rigorously, handle objections and convince them to enroll
**Must have**:
**Freshers can apply**
Excellent communication in English
High on energy, enthusiasm & confidence
Convincing and persuasive skills with never give up attitude
Serious about career & high intent on growing it
Go-getter, smart, attitude to learn & adapt in sales
**Requirements**:
Graduates
Laptop and stable internet
**Work from home**
**Night shifts **(10 PM to 7 AM)
6 days working (Week offs on weekdays, Saturdays & Sundays will be working)
Pay: Fixed pay of 3-5 LPA + Incentives upto 3 LPA
Post 6 months, BDT can be converted to BDA (Business development associates) with revised pay
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
