Utilizing your knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay to help your clients maintain and optimize their system to fully realize their return on investment and improve HR processes and efficiencies.
- Manage changes in Compensation Reports, Reward statements configurations, variable pay plans configurations.
- Manage security roles and user access permissions.

**Primary Skills**:

- Should have experience in implementing Compensation Management and variable pay.
- Good end to end experience in compensation and variable cycle plan.
- Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and HR business processes for customers.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Hands on experience in the integration points with PMGM Employee Central and employee profile is must.
- Should have good communication skill.
