Translate By Humans is looking for a highly-organised, fast-learning and dedicated Inbound Sales Expert with great work ethics to tend to customer needs and ensure smooth cooperation.
- **
Daily Client inquiries** on the Zoho desk which includes all kinds of services (Translation, Subtitling, Interpretation, Transcription, and Voice over).
- ** Understanding the type of inquiry, responding to them on time, and in a service oriented manner.**
- ** Getting on a client call as and when needed to build client relationships**.
- Price and quote client(s) to win new projects and maintain profit margins.
- ** Be the point of contact between the client and internal team**.
- ** Be responsible for accurately conveying the client's requirements to the projects team**.
- ** Tracking and reporting on project progress** to the client as needed.
- ** Review the deliverables before sending** them to the client(s). **Sending final files and getting feedback** from the client(s).
- Detailed knowledge and **ability to handle client queries and communicate them to the Projects team**.
- ** Maintain and strengthen client relationships with existing and new client accounts through regular communication, reports, and strategic development plans.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred.
- ** Experience**: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the Localisation industry as a Business Development Executive or Client Relationship Executive.
- Should be **willing to work in UK shift - 1 PM to 10 PM IST.**
- Proficiency in utilizing enterprise **tools such as CRM, CAT tools, and Understanding of **Localisation file formats.**
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- ** Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.**
- ** Team worker and ready to meet client's expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends - if needed and urgent).**
- Additional language skills will be an advantage and should have Customer Service abilities.
- A proactive approach to work in a time-sensitive work environment and dynamic to learn new things.
