Office Administration Assistant

Adview Advertising Private Limited is a sign manufacturing company since 1989. We are seeking an individual with good communication and with some basic knowledge for the position of **‘Office Admin’.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
- Update daily ongoing work in Excel every day
- Make Quotations, process Purchase Orders, make bills in Tally
**Skills Required**:
- **MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD**:
- Must possess managerial skills, be dedicated, and be committed
**Skills Preferred**:
- Making bill in Tally (Accounting) experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of GST Bill and uploading.
- Knowledge of e-invoice.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- We are looking for a minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Minimum Tally experience of 1 year
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
