Create roadmap of projects and execute them with pinpoint accuracy with the help of
Teams.
Assist with the public bidding process for all projects by gathering necessary bidding
documents; arranging money transfers and refunds and recording bids once bidding has
opened.
Brainstorms new concepts, themes, and formats as needed. Hire employees and resources
as
needed.
Comfortable with frequent cross-functional and senior management contact.
Able to exert indirect authority to deliver results.
Provides statistical reports and data on the engineering project to carefully document the
process, provide necessary invoicing, purchase needed materials and equipment.
To answer phones and direct calls to the proper party or take a message.
Report to seniors about the progresses.
To administer the Electrical and Civil works department in the organization
