**Job Summary/Objective**: As a BTL Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing below-the-line marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility for our products or services. This role involves engaging directly with customers through targeted promotions, events, and other non-media channels to generate leads and facilitate conversions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement below-the-line marketing activities, including promotions, events, sponsorships, and direct marketing campaigns, to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing initiatives to reach and engage with these audiences effectively
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products or services and generate leads
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and events
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, sales performance, and ROI for BTL activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to align BTL marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the conversion of leads into customers
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in below-the-line marketing
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote brand awareness
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in BTL marketing or sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in BTL marketing channels
- Familiarity with event planning, logistics, and execution
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in a BTL marketing agency or department
- Certification or training in event management, promotions, or direct marketing techniques
