**Roles and Responsibilities**:
a) Keeping the company’s filing system in order.

b) Creating and implementing new administration systems

c) Handling of Invoicing and collecting the payment

d) Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

e) Coordination and Communication with clients and staff

f) Taking inbound and outbound call

g) Handling patients' appointments major responsible

h) Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to policy

l) Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a properly organized manner.

j) Maintaining contact details of all vendors, clients, and staff members.

k) Handling Office boy

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately
- Receiving and sorting daily Calls Assist colleagues whenever necessary Basic facility management of office premises Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
