**Job Responsibility**:
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

- Upwork Success Rate: Achieve a high success rate in winning Upwork projects through effective bidding strategies.
- LinkedIn Connection Growth: Increase the company’s LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant professionals and decision-makers.
- Project Acquisition: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for securing new projects through Upwork.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acquired through Upwork.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Upwork Proposal Conversion Rate: Monitor and improve the conversion rate of proposals to successfully awarded projects.
- LinkedIn Engagement Rate: Measure the engagement rate on LinkedIn, including likes, comments, and shares on posts.
- Lead Generation: Track and report on the number of qualified leads generated through LinkedIn outreach.
- Revenue Generated: Monitor and report on the revenue generated from Upwork projects secured.

**Required Skills & Qualification**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various industries and project types.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
