**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Reporting To**: Founder and the CEO
**Salary range**: INR 4-7 Lakhs Per Annum
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
**Must Have Resources**: Must have your own Laptop to Work. This is mandatory.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Administrative
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies
- Provide general administrative support
- Facility management
- Reports and MIS
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, reports, invoice letters and other documents
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, social media savvy
- Calendar and time management - CEO and Company calendar
- To organize daily schedules, appointments and Meetings
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
- Client Management support
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Managing a records database
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Coordinating with internal team
- Personal support to the CEO (travel, administrative, day to day logistics, personal documentation like passport etc.)
- Making travel arrangements
- Day to Day logistics
- Personal documentation like passport etc
- Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of reporting manager

- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
