Customer Relationship Executive (Lead Generation)
Role:
- Attending all incoming calls with quality conversation to generate maximum positive leads.
All leads must be accurately diverted to relevant department for B2B, B2C sales in different
regions.
- Completing all outgoing calls & cold calls as per the data shared with quality conversation
that generates genuine interest in product
- Maintain a high level of professional communication as the first point of contact for the
company & maintain consistent communication for all calls.
- Maintain minimum call drops & manage zero gaps in losing calls not being attended due to
cancellation because of waiting.
- Effective & prompt distribution of data achieved every day to respective sales centers on a
timely basis.
KPI:
- Call Log completions - Inbound and outbound - in line with defined daily productivity
- This position can earn incentive based on
- Customer feedback on quality of call
- % of leads converted into sales
