**Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate and handle outbound calls to potential clients, effectively introducing them to our exclusive real estate offerings.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their real estate needs, and articulating the unique value propositions of our properties.
- **Pitching and Convincing**: Present compelling sales pitches, showcasing the features and benefits of our real estate portfolio, and persuading clients to consider our properties as their ideal investment.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their individual requirements.
- **Closing Sales**: Skillfully navigate the sales process, overcome objections, and ultimately close deals to contribute to the overall sales and revenue targets.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
