Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales growth through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make inbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs and pain points
- Pitch products or services and handle objections
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM software
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in telecaller or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- bachelor's degree preferred

Salary 23k to 28k

Noida
