**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, retail expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Display Creation: Design and set up eye-catching merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Visual Merchandising: Utilize visual merchandising techniques to maximize the visual impact of displays, including lighting, signage, and props.
- Product Presentation: Ensure that products are presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner, taking into consideration product grouping, color coordination, and pricing information.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, market research, and competitor displays to keep our displays fresh and appealing.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management to ensure that displays are well-stocked and that products are rotated regularly.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, answer product-related questions, and offer assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain displays, including cleaning, restocking, and replacing damaged items or props.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that visual displays align with sales goals and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for visual merchandising materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools is a plus.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts as needed

**Salary**: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
