Job Responsibilities:
Tele Calling: addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our products and services.
Reception Duties: Welcome visitors warmly, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Customer Service Oriented: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using office software and comfortable learning new systems.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
