**Position: IT Recruiter - Junior Associates**

**Location: Hyderabad, TG(Madhapur)**

Freshers can apply

**Shift: Night Shift Mon to Fri 7.30pm to 4.30am Sat and Sun fixed off**

**Responsibilities**:

- Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
- Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with Account managers.

**skills**:

- MS Word, Computer Skills, Computer Savvy, MS Excel Requirements:

- Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
- Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Work from our office location in **Madhapur, Hyderabad**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related work
