**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and providing technical support on various platforms.
**Qualifications**
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Online Support and Customer Service skills
- Technical Support skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
**Time**:
07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
10:30 PM - 07:30 AM
02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
**Salary**: Upto 14K in hand and also depends upon your interview
