Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Coloressence in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and offering technical support as needed.
The executive shall also be required to process orders of the website, align logistics and assist with whatsapp marketing as well.
