We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will help build strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer complaints, identifying solutions and implementing fixes
- Communicate effectively, actively listening and empathizing with customers
- Document customer interactions using our CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Identify and report on recurring issues, suggesting process improvements
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude
- Empathy and patience, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Graduation in any field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
