Front Desk Sales Executive

Membership Sales: Actively engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and provide tailored membership solutions to meet their needs.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to educate potential members about the benefits of joining our gym, including access to state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, personal training services, and other amenities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to enhance retention rates and encourage referrals.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads and prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the membership enrollment process.
Sales Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork, including membership contracts, waivers, and payment processing.
Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, membership drives, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and enhancing the member experience.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including conversion rates, membership renewals, and upselling of additional services.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and fitness training, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role, preferably within the fitness industry or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of prospective members.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, marketing, or fitness-related disciplines is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
