**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**:
Possess in-depth knowledge of cutting tools and hardware products.

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to potential and existing clients.

**Sales Targets**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Market Research**:
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and competitor activities.

**Sales Presentations**:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Highlight the unique selling points of our cutting tools and hardware products.

**Order Management**:
Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Address any issues related to orders, delivery, or product quality promptly.

**Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

Generate regular sales reports for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the cutting tools and hardware industry.

Strong understanding of cutting tools and hardware products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2years of experience in field sales, preferably in the cutting tools and hardware sector.

**Additional Requirements**:
Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
