Field Sales Executive

Vaara provides refrigeration solutions to last and first mile delivery EVs thereby pioneering sustainable zero emission cold chain solutions in India.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote Vaara's portable refrigeration systems for last mile delivery EVs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Up to 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in [specify industry].
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
