Maintenance and Office Administrative Coordinator
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repair work for the facility.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and office supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance issues and office inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks, including maintaining records managing events, and meetings.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and office needs.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for maintenance and office administration.
- Official travel bookings and expense maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance management and office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software and maintenance management systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
