**This is your role. What part will you play?**
- You'll be responsible for to organize and manufacture of the product as per the dispatch plan within the framework of policies and guidelines of Siemens Ltd with the objective of utilization of available resources.
- You'll Assemble the assemblies and sub-assemblies of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Drive in Order to execute manufacturing as per production plan.
- You'll Ensure the assemblies are made as per the assembly work instruction IN ORDER TO ensure that defined quality norms are met.
- You'll work Ensuring adherence to safety and EMS norms on shop floor IN ORDER TO reduce accidents ensure environmental protection on shop floor.
- You'll Maintain discipline in stores and carry out packing and dispatch related activities IN ORDER TO bring down material wastages to bare minimum level and production plan.
- You’ll act as a support for Audits & Quality Improvements

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds
- You've 1 - 3 years’ experience in Assembly area on shop-floor.
- You have basic knowledge of commercial concepts of business and good working knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point.
- You’ve good communication skills with excellent team work spirit.
