Sales Executive to Sell Notebooks

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality notebooks to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Build a strong pipeline of potential customers interested in purchasing notebooks.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering personalized solutions. Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Product Presentation and Demonstration: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our notebooks to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in consultative selling to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales agreements. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify potential niches, target customers, and new sales opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales calls, and deals closed. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely assistance to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the stationery or office supplies industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with stationery or office supplies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,810.18 - ₹36,939.18 per month
