**Position: Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Location: Kukatpally, KPHB Colony, Hyd. (Onsite)**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Industry: US Staffing & Recruitment**

**Shift Timings: 5:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. IST**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies.
- Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
- Delegation of tasks, assigning accountability, planning, and monitoring work, evaluating performance and providing appropriate rewards, and fostering an environment that encourages sharing of information and perspectives.
- Responsible for promoting our own H1B and EAD consultants using an internal database, personal contacts, vendor partnerships, publishing their profiles on different online job sites, referrals, and internet groups
- Should be Involved in extensive follow-up with vendors, extending offers, and managing the offer process.
- Call preferred vendors to find out whether they have any contract openings for our technical consultants.
- Ensuring that all new Junior Marketing staff members are provided with the training and resources needed to be successful in their positions

**Desired Skills, Experience, and Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in one or more of the following (or related) fields: US IT staffing sales/account management, business development, inside/outside sales
- Willing to work as per US timings (5:30 p.m. IST - 1:30 a.m. IST)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions
- Should be proficient in MS Office and other tools to record all day-to-day work done, maintain it, and report to senior management with the relevant data.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: ₹13,920.86 - ₹51,897.28 per month
