**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Job Summary**:The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves various tasks, including managing office supplies, assisting with basic accounting tasks, handling incoming calls, and supporting colleagues as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Maintenance**: Ensure a clean and organized office environment by coordinating janitorial services, managing office supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.

**Administrative Support**: Assist in a range of administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

**Mail and Package Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.

**Scheduling and Coordination**: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings as requested by staff members.

**Basic Accounting Assistance**: Support the finance department by reconciling petty cash, processing expense reports, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.

**Documentation**: Maintain and update office records, including employee contact lists and office policies.

**Event Support**: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**: Provide support to various departments and team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
