Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, documents, and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with team members as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records, contact lists, and other relevant information.
- Support Accounts department, Legal Dept as and when required
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments delegated by management.
- Maintaining folders on servers
- Recording minutes of the meeting
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes.
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
- Schedule travel arrangements for Director, Senior executives as well as clients, when applicable.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
