**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with inquiries related to course offerings, schedules, registration, billing, and other administrative matters.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, providing information on available programs, instructors, and performance opportunities.
- Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff to address student needs, schedule changes, and other issues as they arise.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting institute events, performances, and special programs to current and prospective students.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, streamline communication, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on institute policies, procedures, and program offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in music, education, arts administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an educational or arts organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for music and the arts, with knowledge of music education programs and terminology preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
