**Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

- **
- Manage large amounts of outgoing phone calls.
- Generate sales leads
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
- Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements:

- **
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of Characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
