**Responsibilities**:
**Phone Support**:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, mails, chats professionally and courteously.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.

**Problem Resolution**:
Listen actively to customer concerns and provide timely and accurate solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.

Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers regarding product features and usage.

**Order Management**:
Process orders and provide order-related information over the phone.

Assist customers with tracking, cancellations, and modifications to orders.

**Documentation**:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.

**Customer Engagement**:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution.

Gather feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and common concerns.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer support

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using a CRM will be added advantage

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
