Customer Care Executive

We are looking for Customer Relations Executives who plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role involves liaising between the client and internal teams, addressing concerns, coordinating project updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication & Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications related to project updates, timelines, and changes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- **Project Coordination & Updates**:
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to stay informed about project progress.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project milestones, potential delays, and any adjustments in scope or costs.
- **Issue Resolution & Feedback Management**:
- Handle client complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather client feedback on project quality and service, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to relevant teams.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including project changes, feedback, and resolutions.
- Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and project status to senior management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are accurately represented.
- Support finance and billing teams by facilitating timely payments and resolving any financial discrepancies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management software.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-first attitude.
**Working Conditions**:
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for individuals with a blend of technical knowledge and strong customer service skills, who can act as a bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
