**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Execution**:

- Conduct regular market visits to sell products and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new retailers, distributors, and other sales channels.
- Ensure product placement and visibility in stores through merchandising activities.
- **Distribution Management**:

- Manage stock levels at retail and distribution points to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with distributors for timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Track and report on the performance of distribution partners.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Identify potential markets and develop strategies to penetrate new areas.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and feedback promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Support and implement promotional campaigns at the ground level.
- Educate retailers and distributors about new products and offers.
- Ensure effective execution of point-of-sale marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with the local market and distribution network.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of fieldwork.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
