5. Prepare and send service /AMC quotations to customers

8 Handling customer calls and inquiries service related

a. Coordinating with a concerned person for inquiries

b. Replying to customers with feedback

8. Preparing and Sending AMC related documents to customers

10. Check Installation /Service reports for any remarks from customer

11. Followup with the service team for resolution of any negative remarks by customer

21. Dispatch follow-up with purchase team and inform dispatch dates customers

22. Dispatch documentation follow-up with the accounts team

23. Machine Installation follow ups with the service team

24. Machine Installation coordination with customer for dates

25. Calling for customer feedback after 15 days of Installation

26. Keeping track of all service complaints closure

27. Meetings for service support related

28. Tracking AMC/Warranty visits to customers

29. Updation of Master Data sheet with Job sheet nos and order details

30. Preparing list for positive customers for the reference list

Required Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience - 3 to 4 years Relevant Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
