Develop BIM models for Fire Protection services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
- Preparation of BIM Models with various level of detailing.
- Strong knowledge in Fire Protection design and detailed drawings.
- Ability to generate various layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
- Ability to create 3D views or renderings.
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
- Preparation of Fire Fighting 3D drawings in Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Ability to create parametric families.
- Understand and work as per BIM Execution Plan/Project Standards.
- Effective communication in English.
- Excellent presentation skill
- Practical and Logical Thinking Ability
- Ability to create a drawing within given time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
