Bim Modeler

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the fire protection service design and prepare drawings using Autocad or Revit
- Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project
- Support project modeling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
- Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control
- Modeling using specified tools
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines
- M&E Drawing production from 3D models
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Naviswork & Excel
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualification: B.E. /Diploma Mechanical

Experience : 2 to 3 years.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
