Bim Modeler

Develop BIM models for fire protection services from the design stage to the as-built stage, coordinating with all other services.
- preparation of BIM models with various levels of detailing.
- strong knowledge of fire protection design and detailed drawings.
- Ability to generate various layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- ability to create 3D views or renderings
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in the BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the disciplined BIM platform.
- preparation of firefighting 2D & 3D drawings in **Bentley Open Building Designer (MicroStation)**
- Proficiency in **MicroStation**, **Bentley Open Building Designer, **Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- ability to create parametric families
- Understand and work as per the BIM execution plan and project standards.
- Effective communication in English
- **excellent presentation skills**:

- Practical and logical thinking ability
- ability to create a drawing within a given time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thanjavur, Thanjavur - 613007, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
