Prepare quotes and detail technical specification using the company's excel template..
File enquiry and quotes
Review customer PO & WO, Issue work order with clear technical and customisation
details
Filing of site inspection report, PMC reports, service reports
Drafting letters, minutes, site inspection report as per the format in excel
Followup receipt of quote, invoices, AMC contract papers, confirmation
of
Performa invoicing in excel
Followup PO & service work orders from production / engineering
department to
Update production and service status daily
Preparing AMC and service quotations using the excel template
Followup of PO, AMC and service work orders from the customer
Followup of payments
Co-ordinate with accounts and arrange documents for despatch
Arrange transporter for despatch of units.
Co-ordinate with despatch and ensure timely packing and despatch.
Drafting site pre-requisites with drawing
Co-ordinate with production to ensure honoring of delivery committment.
Mailing daily work report
Mailing weekly report of Enquiry-Quote-Followup-Status
Multi-tasking role of process execution in Lead generation / Business development,
inside sales process, service, Recruiting, HR, purchase, front office etc.
Responding
to enquiries
Making cold calls
Courteous responses over phone, time bound responses by mail and other relevant
correspondance.
Mailing cold calls for lead geneartion.
Job Profile - Process executive.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
