**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an assistant or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Education and Experience**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- years of experience as an Assistant or similar role.
- Experience with Excel and other office management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,266.07 - ₹22,000.00 per month
