Managing and arrangement of Meeting/Events/Guest/Pantry
Printing and stationery ( procurement and disbursement)
Travel (ticket booking, currency etc) and Hotel Management Vendor management /Vendor Development Housekeeping Management
Generating MIS and database management
Cost reduction and cost control
Office Infrastructure management / AMC renewals
Dispatch Management
Must have good communication skill in English
3 years experience of vendor management
Documentation,
3 years Experience must of office management, Housekeeping Management, Stationery Management, etc.
