**Job Description**:
We are looking for smart individuals who have Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in the United States or Canada, along with a valid IELTS certification demonstrating proficiency in English language skills to join our team as AI Chat Assistants & Trainer. As a AI Chat Assistants & Trainer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating customer chat conversations to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work closely with the customer support and NLP team to identify areas for improvement and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate customer chat conversations to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement in the chat support process and provide feedback to the customer support and NLP team
- Work with the customer support and NLP team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Analyze user interactions and improve chatbot responses based on user feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and chat review evaluations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in the United States or Canada
- TOEFL/ILTES Certification
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with chat support and NLP tools and platforms is a plus
