Secretary/receptionist

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and billing.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
