Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:
Office Reception: Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, redirect calls as necessary, and take messages for the CEO and other staff members.
Front Office Management: Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times. Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO's schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and events. Prioritize and ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and board gatherings. Prepare agendas, collate relevant documents, and take minutes during meetings.
Document Management: Assist in organizing and managing documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure that all files are appropriately stored and easily accessible.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and present findings to the CEO to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Special Projects: Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives, handling tasks ranging from data analysis to event planning.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal secretary, or office receptionist to a high-level executive is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Problem-solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively, making decisions that align with the CEO's objectives.
Discretion: A high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and conversations.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
