Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, book tickets, handle inquiries, and assist with various administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience for all visitors and handling travela arrangement and logistics for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and booking their tickets.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, bookings, and local information.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain guest records and assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk executive or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Offices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
