Front Desk Executive

The Padams Group is seeking a well-presented and professional Front Desk Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects the company’s brand.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Support the team with additional clerical tasks and ad hoc requests.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience** in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Must have strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- **Professional Appearance**: A polished, professional demeanor is essential for this role.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
