**Front Desk Executive - Job Description**
**Position**: Front Desk Executive
**Location**: Andheri, Thane, Dadar (as per requirement)
**Company**: KlickIT Solutions
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Handling**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Understand and address customer inquiries related to repairs and services for Apple, Bose, Dell, Asus, and other supported brands.
- Provide accurate information about services, warranties, and repair timelines.
- **Appointment Management**:
- Manage and schedule customer appointments for drop-offs and pickups.
- Ensure smooth coordination between onsite service teams and service centers.
- **Documentation & Billing**:
- Maintain detailed records of service requests and transactions in the system.
- Generate and issue bills, receipts, and service agreements.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate with service technicians to update customers about the status of their devices.
- Communicate any delays or additional charges to customers in a professional manner.
- **Service Promotion**:
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, AMC services, and additional repair options like chip-level repairs or OEM spare upgrades.
- Promote pickup and drop services for convenience.
- **Reception Management**:
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for billing and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
