**Job Description: Marketing & Sales Specialist (Hotel Industry)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hotel services, packages, and amenities. Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative campaigns that target specific customer segments and drive bookings.
- **Sales Generation**: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners. Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and adapt marketing and sales tactics accordingly.
- **Brand Promotion**: Enhance the hotel's brand image through strategic branding initiatives, online presence management, and participation in industry events and trade shows. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the revenue management team, operations team, and other departments to align marketing and sales activities with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and success.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with existing customers and guests to encourage repeat business and generate positive word-of-mouth referrals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and exceeding expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales roles within the hotel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with hotel revenue management systems and booking platforms.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
- Certification in sales or marketing management.

**Join Our Team**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
